The Annual General Meeting of shareholders
was held on Wednesday, August 6 at the TMX
Broadcast Centre in Toronto. Following the
meeting, President and CEO Paul Reynolds
presented an overview of our recent
performance and outlook for the coming year.

The Board of Directors has elected Ms. Kalpana
Desai as an independent director, expanding
the Board to nine directors, seven of whom are
independent. Ms. Desai brings over 22 years
of international investment banking experience
to her role, with particular focus on the
Asia-Pacific markets.
