Fair Dissemination of Investment Research Reports
To the extent reasonably practicable, Investment Research will be disseminated contemporaneously to all of the Canaccord Financial/Canaccord Adams' customers who are entitled to receive the firm's Investment Research. Until such time, Authoring Analysts will not discuss the contents of their Investment Research with Sales and Trading or Investment Banking employees. In addition, upon its dissemination, the most recent Investment Research for each Designated Issuer in the firm's research universe will be posted on Canaccord Financial/Canaccord Adams' website and will be available simultaneously for access by all of the Canaccord Financial/Canaccord Adams' customers who are entitled to receive the firm's Investment Research.
